  • Accurate laboratory documentation, data management and adherence to SOPs and quality standards
  • Daily laboratory operations, equipment monitoring and quality control
  • Active collaboration with our medical and interdisciplinary teams
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our laboratory

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Biology, Reproductive Biology, Biomedical Sciences or a related field, ideally with a focus on assisted reproduction
  • Initial hands-on experience in a clinical IVF laboratory, gained through internships or professional experience
  • Familiarity with routine laboratory procedures and the ability to perform selected tasks with an appropriate level of independence
  • Previous experience in trophectoderm biopsy would be highly valued.
  • A strong interest in clinical embryology and the motivation to continuously develop your technical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity and a strong commitment to quality and patient safety
  • A reliable, responsible and team-oriented approach to work
  • Good English communication skills; German language skills are a significant advantage
  • Willingness to participate in occasional weekend and public holiday duties

What We Offer

  • A varied, hands-on position covering a broad spectrum of clinical embryology and andrology
  • The opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and progressively take on greater responsibility
