What is the Social Freezing Subscription?
The Social Freezing Subscription is a structured instalment plan. Instead of paying the full amount at once, you pay a guaranteed fixed monthly price – from CHF 99 or CHF 169 – in interest-free instalments over 60 months. From the very first to the 60th month, there are no price surprises.
Who is the subscription suitable for – and who might prefer the self-pay rate?
Both options have their place; suitability is assessed by a doctor.
The subscription (fixed price) is more suitable if:
- You prefer a predictable monthly payment,
- a good or excellent response to stimulation is expected (e.g. a good AMH level),
- only one cycle is planned,
- and you value a guaranteed fixed price with no surprises.
The self-pay rate (private rate) is more suitable if:
- You prefer to pay the full amount at once,
- AMH is relatively low and a second cycle may be necessary,
- several cycles in succession or a relatively low egg yield are expected,
- and you would rather have the chance of a lower overall cost than a guaranteed fixed price (variable, open-ended).

What subscription packages are available and what do they cost?
The subscription covers one treatment cycle and is available in two variants. The monthly fixed price includes both the treatment and cryostorage:

Both packages include medical consultation and treatment planning, hormonal stimulation, all necessary monitoring appointments, egg retrieval including anaesthesia, egg freezing, and the support of a dedicated personal Case Manager. The 360° Full Circle package also includes the initial consultation and medication (flat rate); for 360° Essential, the initial consultation and medication are billed separately.
How is the monthly fixed price made up?
The fixed price consists of two components: the treatment instalment (CHF 66 for 360° Essential, CHF 136 for 360° Full Circle) and cryostorage (CHF 33 for the storage of your eggs). Both are legally independent agreements: the treatment is spread over 60 interest-free instalments, while cryostorage runs for five years and can be cancelled monthly with 30 days' notice to end of month. Cancelling cryostorage does not affect the treatment instalment plan, and vice versa.
Are there any interest charges or fees with the subscription?
No. The instalment payments are completely interest- and fee-free. You can repay the outstanding balance in full or in part at any time, without charge. Late payment fees and collection costs may apply in the event of default, as is standard. The model constitutes an interest-free, fee-free installment payment agreement and is therefore outside the scope of the Swiss Consumer Credit Act (KKG).
Is there a credit check before the subscription is concluded?
Yes. As the subscription involves instalments over 60 months, our billing partner mediserv AG carries out a credit check before the contract is signed. In individual cases, the subscription may be declined based on the result – in which case the self-pay rate remains available to you. The necessary consent to share your data is given via a separate consent form, which forms part of the subscription agreement.
When do I pay, and from when is treatment considered to have been provided?
Monthly instalments are due at the end of each month. Treatment costs are considered to have been rendered and are owed on the day of egg retrieval – regardless of how many eggs are retrieved or frozen. If the cycle is cancelled before retrieval, the services provided up to that point will be billed on an actual-cost basis.
What happens if no eggs or only a few eggs are retrieved – and can I do a follow-up cycle?
The fixed price covers the treatment cycle as a whole service, not a guaranteed number of eggs. It is therefore owed even if fewer or no eggs suitable for freezing are retrieved. A follow-up cycle is possible, but always requires separate medical confirmation from the centre.
